Physical and Mental Strength!


Mine would be volleyball. It keeps you strong and conditioned. It helps you mentally by being able to prepare your mind to keep focused during a game or practice. Physically it keeps you fit. It is a very hard sport to play. You have to be totally focused on the ball the whole time or you will get lost or not be able to keep up with your team! Just like in life if you lose focus of your true goals then you often get lost on your path to your dreams!
